You know your voice is capable of so much more.
Make it available to you when it matters the most with a 1:1 Voice Mapping Intensive.
Stop guessing.
Get to the root of what’s actually holding your voice back.
You sound great in the car, the rehearsal room, or when nobody is watching.
But then…
The red light comes on.
The meeting gets tense.
The engineer gives you a note.
The stage lights come up.
And suddenly your mouth is dry, your throat tightens, and your voice sounds nothing like it did five minutes ago.
Sound familiar? Drop your shoulders and unclench your jaw, babe, cuz I got you.
This is where Voice Mapping begins.
This might be for you if…
You are a leader, lawyer, corporate baddie, or other professional whose voice matters at work.
You know exactly what you want to say at home in the shower, but when Chad interrupts you again at the team meeting, your skin lights on fire, your mind goes blank, and a lump forms in your throat instead of a single sound.
You are a performing artist, entrepreneur, or public speaker who is ready to level up.
You’re genuinely not afraid of the high note or success. You're afraid of what happens right after. So instead of enjoying the moment, you're tracking everyone's reactions, wondering if you're too much, not enough, or about to be found out. (Imposter syndrome much? Oof. I know the feeling.)
You are a trauma survivor or personal growth practitioner seeking to reclaim your voice.
You've done years of therapy. You can name the pattern, identify the trigger, and know the “why.” Now, you're looking for a way to integrate everything you've intellectualized from your head and into your body.
You already have more within you than you may currently be able to access. What you’re missing is orientation, expert feedback, and a clear map forward.

“I struggled with my voice for years and had been uncomfortable with it for as long as I can remember. Lis took a holistic approach, gauging where I was emotionally and psychologically, and created a lesson plan specifically for me. I can already feel the difference in my ability and confidence!”

Meet Lis
No matter how much I loved to act or sing, performance anxiety, perfectionism, and my inner critic so often left me stuck and disconnected. I thought it was a reflection of my worth or my inability to fulfill my purpose as a Leo Rising—until I learned it was relational trauma.
Yay!
But I didn’t need someone to say “relax” or “just breathe” (in fact, please don’t). What I needed were tools to navigate my survival instincts and find freedom in my voice in a supportive learning environment.
Your voice is shaped by more than just vocal technique.
It's shaped by your breath, your body, your nervous system, your relationships, your lived experience, and the environments you've learned to survive in.
My work integrates 25+ years as a performing artist with 3 years of MFA training and 2,000+ hours of private coaching. I pull from the methodologies of Linklater Voice, Laban Movement Analysis, B.K.S. Iyengar yoga, and trauma-informed practices to help performing artists, working professionals, and everyday “Janes,” “Johns,” and “Jos” reclaim their voice and overcome what holds them back.
You’re here because you’re ready for a new way forward—and I’m right here with you.
Because every voice deserves a body that feels safe enough to express it.
“When I first started working with Lis, I genuinely could not sing in front of them. The sound just would not come out. My body would tremble, I constantly felt like I was going to cry, and I would forget lyrics to songs that I normally knew like the back of my hand.
Now, I not only sing in front of Lis comfortably, but I’ve even posted videos of myself singing online, and my vocal technique has improved so much too! You’ll laugh, you’ll learn, you’ll grow, and you’ll probably surprise yourself with what you’re capable of along the way.
I could not recommend Lis enough."

Wait…what is “Voice Mapping?”
We turn to maps when we need direction, and when we know where we want to go but cannot yet see the clearest route.
The 1:1 Voice Mapping Intensive is a 90-minute, trauma-informed deep dive into your voice as a whole system: mind, body, nervous system, technique, expression, and performance.
Together, we will identify:
Where your voice is strongest and most reliable
Where you are compensating, straining, bracing, or holding back
Which somatic protective patterns come online under pressure
The technical foundations that need attention
The clearest next steps for getting from where you are to where you want to go
One call. One map.
And a voice that you can finally feel confident in.
After this, you’ll leave with…
…a deeper and more holistic understanding of your unique vocal patterns so that you can make lasting changes instead of chasing quick fixes.
…practices and exercises tailored to your voice, your goals, and your nervous system so that you can communicate, perform, and express yourself with greater ease.
…a personalized Practice Plan and recording from our session so that you can continue building freedom, agency, and consistency long after we finish working together.
